You are eligible for a Virtual Visit if you have
A stable internet connection good enough to watch videos or connect to a video chat is required.
A Desktop computer, Laptop, Tablet or SmartPhone with a camera, microphone and speaker.
An email address is required to receive instructions from do-not-reply- email@example.com on how to test the device, prepare for and connect to the video visit.
IF YOU ARE ACCESsING THE SYSTEM FROM A DESKTOP OR A LAPTOP
The patient will receive an email reminder the day before the Virtual Consultation with all the instructions on how to enter the session. If it is the first time you are accessing the OTN system, please follow the instructions to test connectivity and installation –if necessary– of browser plug ins.
IF YOU ARE ACCESsING THE SYSTEM FROM A tablet or smart phone
The patient requires to download a meeting app called Pexip Infinity Connect. You can download the app from the links below from your Apple or Android phone or tablet first. The patient will receive an email reminder the day before the Virtual Consultation with all the instructions on how to set up the app to enter the session.
